Refund policy

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
Because our Heritage Beef Sticks are a perishable food product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
However, we stand fully behind every batch we ship. If any of the following apply, please reach out within 14 days of delivery:
- Your order arrived damaged or was lost in transit
- There is a quality issue with the product
- You are unsatisfied for any reason
We will make it right. Depending on the situation, resolution may include a replacement shipment, store credit, or a refund, at our discretion.
To request assistance, email marisa@bumblebeeapothecary.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 1–2 business days.
We are a small, family-run operation and we care deeply about every order that goes out. If something isn't right, just tell us. Your happiness is our priority!
We accept returns for printed books up to 30 days after delivery. For digital products (eBooks and printables) no refunds are given.

Book returns must be received within 30 days of delivery for a refund of purchase price minus shipping cost. Item must be in new, unused condition to qualify for a refund.
